Was looking for a new spa for my home and stopped in to see what they had. I was ignored for 20 minutes while the lady was talking on the phone to a personal friend laughing and giggling. I looked around and it was very dark and dingy inside. Finally when she was done I was asking questions about a few different models and she didn't have the answers. I understand that people get busy but I was more than patient. I won't be back and was very disappointed in the service.
